Ginger & Miso Broccoli

2 Tbsp White Miso
1 Tbsp Ginger, grated
1 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey
1 tsp Sesame Oil
½ tsp Soy Sauce
½ tsp Rice Vinegar
4 Large heads Broccoli
2 tsp Sesame Seeds, toasted
1 Green Onion, sliced on bias
Olive Oil

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Cut broccoli into florets (should be ~ 8 cups)
  3. Toss with olive oil to coat
  4. Spread broccoli across sheet pans, ensuring they’re not overcrowded. Bake for 10-20 min, tossing occasionally
  5. While baking, mix the Miso, Ginger, Maple Syrup/Honey, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, and Rice Vinegar
  6. Once broccoli is crispy, remove from oven and toss with Miso mixture
  7. Garnish with Sesame Seeds and sliced Green Onion
  8. Enjoy.
