Red Cabbage with Apples

1 med. head Red Cabbage, chopped

2 cups Apples, peeled & cubed

3/8 cup Brown Sugar

3/8 cup Vinegar

3/8 cup Water

1.25 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Caraway Seeds

Pinch of Pepper

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp Neutral Oil on low in a skillet
  2. Add all ingredients, stir, & cover tightly
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 25-30 min, till apples & cabbage are soft
  4. Enjoy.
