Fermentation
Ferment @ 65F for 5 days, then dry hop. Diacetyl rest after dry hop to ensure complete fermentation. Cold crash post diacetyl rest.
4gal Strike @ 167F. Mash in @ 155-156F. 60min mash. 150-152F @30min. 146-148F @60min. 4gal sparge @172F. 7.5gal preboil. 60min boil. 6gal post boil. 5.5gal into fermentor.

Notes for next time:
Surprisingly not a huge hop character for the amount of hops. Normal recipe calls for MI chinook in place of the pink boots blend. Alcohol should be higher than 1.060 (Reubens projected 1.079). Decent base for a hazy in the future.
