Fermentation

Fermented @ 70F for 1.5wks & 64-66 for 1.5wks

4gal strike @ 172F in preheated cooler. Mash in @ 159-160F. Stirred until 156-157F (3min). 60min mash. 4gal sparge @ 172F. Medium slow drain with Vorlauf. 6.5gal preboil volume. 1hr boil. 5gal postboil. Chill & pitch @ 80F. Added filtered water to 5.5gal.
