2 oz Tettnanger (3%AA) @60min
1oz Hallertauer Mittelfreuh (3.8%AA) @ 15min
1oz Tettnanger (3%AA) @ 15min
HLT to 148F. 1.5:1 mash ratio. 36qt into mash tun. Step mash – 140F for 40min, 155 for 30min. Single decoction boil ~30% for 10min. Batch sparge.
