4oz Cashmere (10%AA) Dry Hop – Biotransform day 3 of active fermentation

Safale s-04 English Ale Yeast

Mineral Additions

5 grams Calcium Chloride (in strike water)
3 grams Gypsum (in strike water)

Additions

.5lb Corn Sugar @ 10min in boil

Fermentation

Fermented @ 65F – 70F.

4gal Strike @ 168F. Mash in @ 155-156F. 60min mash. 152F @ 0min. 4gal sparge @174F. 6gal preboil. 60min boil. 4.25gal post boil. 4.25gal into FV.

Notes for next time:

Very delicious. Water profile could provide more pillowyness. Surprisingly rounded flavor for using single hop. Definitely brew again.
