4.15gal Strike @ 168F. Mash in @ 156F. 60min mash. 152F @30min – pulled ~1.5gal thick mash & heated to 170F to readd & bring to 155F). 4.25gal sparge @173F. 7gal preboil. 75min boil. 5.5gal post boil. 5.25gal into fermenter. Pitched @ 70F.
