8gal Strike @ 170F. Mash in @ 155-156F. 60min mash. 152F @30min. 150F @ 0min. 7.5gal sparge @173F. Very slow drain, nearly stuck sparge – still liquid & sweetness at bottom of mash tun. 12gal preboil. 60min boil. 10.75gal post boil. 5.5gal into FV #1 & 4.8gal into FV #2. .6gal remaining in kettle.
