Belgian Waffles

2 Cup White Flour
2 Tbsp Sugar
4 tsp Baking Powder
.5 tsp Salt
2 Cups Milk
.5 Cup Butter, melted
3 Eggs, separated

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk milk, butter, and egg yolks and then pour into dry ingredients. Whisk until well blended. In a large clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.  Gently fold into batter.

Thoroughly preheat waffle iron to 4.5. Use .5 Cup batter for each waffle square. Enjoy.
