Bulgogi

1.5 lbs Meat, thinly sliced
1/4 Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
4 Scallions, cut in 2″ chunks

Marinade:
4 Tbsp Gochugaru
2 Tbsp Mirin
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1.5 Tbsp Fish Sauce
2 Tbsp Maesilaek
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
10 cloves Garlic

Marinate meat and onion from 30min to overnight. Heat wok/skillet to Med High. Fry for 10min until the meat changes color. Add scallions & cook for 2 more minutes.  Serve on rice and garnish with Sesame Oil, Sesame Seeds, and any anything else.
