Chimichurri (Argentinian)

1/2 cup Parsley (finely chopped; ~1/2 a bunch of parsley)

2 Tbsp fresh Oregano, finely chopped

4 cloves Garlic, crushed

½ cup Green Onions, finely diced

1 small Red Chili Pepper, seeds removed (or 1-2 tsp Red Chili Flakes)

2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tbsp fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 cup Olive Oil

Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients & mix well.
  2. Enjoy.
