1 lb Lo Mein Noodles
5 Garlic cloves, minced
Ginger, grated amount equal to garlic
Sauce:
3 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tbsp Gochugaru
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsps Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Mirin
1 tsp Black Vinegar
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Garnish:
Green Onions, diced for garnish
Sesame Seeds, for garnish
Nori, diced for garnish
Cook noodles. Mix sauce. Drain noodles. Stir fry garlic & ginger. Add and noodles. Add sauce. Mix until sauce slightly reduces, thickens, and coats noodles.Garnish, serve, enjoy.
