3/4 cup Whole Milk
3/4 cup Water
Dash Sea Salt
40 g Steel Cut Oats
25 g Rolled Oats
Whiskey & Brown Sugar to taste, & dash Whole Milk for finishing
- Bring Milk, Water, & Salt to boil in a small pot
- Add Steel Cut & Rolled Oats and reduce heat to Medium
- Cook for 15 minutes
- Place porridge in bowl and add dash of milk around edges of bowl
- Add Whiskey and Brown Sugar to taste
- Enjoy.
