Scottish Porridge

3/4 cup Whole Milk

3/4 cup Water

Dash Sea Salt

40 g Steel Cut Oats

25 g Rolled Oats

Whiskey & Brown Sugar to taste, & dash Whole Milk for finishing

  1. Bring Milk, Water, & Salt to boil in a small pot
  2. Add Steel Cut & Rolled Oats and reduce heat to Medium
  3. Cook for 15 minutes
  4. Place porridge in bowl and add dash of milk around edges of bowl
  5. Add Whiskey and Brown Sugar to taste
  6. Enjoy.
