Clafoutis

3 Eggs

1 1/4 cup Milk

2/3 cup Flour

1/3 cup Sugar

2 tsp Vanilla

1/4 tsp Nutmeg

1/8 tsp Salt

1 1/2 cup Berries, Cherries, other other fruit topping

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together (except eggs). Alternate adding dry ingredients and wet ingredients to eggs. Beat until smooth.
  2. Pour batter into a buttered 9″ quiche or pie plate & top with fresh berries (or sliced apples with sugar & cinnamon, peaches, etc…).
  3. Bake at 350F for 1 hr – 1 hr + 15min or until knife inserted off-center comes out clean.
  4. Let stand 15 min.
  5. Enjoy.
