1 1/4 cup Milk
2/3 cup Flour
1/3 cup Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Berries, Cherries, other other fruit topping
- In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together (except eggs). Alternate adding dry ingredients and wet ingredients to eggs. Beat until smooth.
- Pour batter into a buttered 9″ quiche or pie plate & top with fresh berries (or sliced apples with sugar & cinnamon, peaches, etc…).
- Bake at 350F for 1 hr – 1 hr + 15min or until knife inserted off-center comes out clean.
- Let stand 15 min.
