1/4 cup Sesame Oil
1/4 cup Black Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Hot Chili Oil
2 Tbsp Black/Balsamic Vinegar
1.5 lbs fresh vermicelli
1/2 cup Sesame Seeds, toasted
1 cup Green Onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
Whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, chili oil, and vinegar. Cook vermicelli in boiling water until just tender (likely less than a minute). Drain, put in an ice bath to chill, and drain. Immediately mix the noodles with the dressing, making sure noodles are completely and evenly coated. Add sesame seeds and continue mixing into pasta. Wipe all the sauce off the walls of the bowl with the noodles. Top with green onions. Enjoy.
