4 lb Rump Roast
10 cloves Garlic
1 14.5oz can Beef Broth
1 10.5oz can Condensed French Onion Soup
12 oz Beer
1 tsp Worchestershire
Salt & Pepper to taste
French Bread for serving
Mayo for serving
Swiss Cheese for serving
Red Onions, sliced, for serving
- Trim excess fat from roast. Cut evenly spaced small slits all over roast and insert garlic cloves
- Place roast in slow cooker & sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Add remaining ingredients
- Cook on low for 6-8hrs until meat is tender
- Cut roast into thin slices (or shred)
- Put on toasted French bread with mayo, swiss cheese, & red onion. Use jus as dipping sauce
- Enjoy.
