Hollandaise

3 Egg Yolks

1/2 cup Butter

3 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Couple dashes Curry Powder

  1. Put egg yolks in blender, cover, & blend ~5sec or till mixed
  2. In a small saucepan heat butter, lemon juice, & curry powder until butter is melted & almost boiling
  3. With lid ajar and blender running at high speed, slowly pour in butter mixture
  4. Blend about 30 sec until thick & fluffy
  5. Serves 2.5 Bene’s
  6. Enjoy.
